Five years of hard work running a café bar Rob started to look for ways to expand the business and we decided that a coffee cart would be a perfect way to enhance what we do and attend events that suited us. When it came to buying a quality vehicle that stood out from the crowd and did not command a huge storage area, options were limited to say the least.
Rob's visit to Italy on a weekend break provided our answer, the Piaggio Ape Van... Perfect in size, optimum impact and great to store, it was a must have. Trying to get hold of one proved a task in itself, then once secured we needed someone to convert it for us, again even this proved difficult.
Who would have believed that the solution was on our doorstep? Jason's vast stream of contacts both here in the U.K and Italy soon developed the business. Numerous visits over many years to the Piaggio factory where the Ape is produced cemented our belief this was the perfect vehicle for the BIGCOFFEE.COM.
Because we run our own café bar we understand that profit and margins have to be right in order to make it a viable business. These vehicles have it all and can provide fantastic income and complimentary marketing to your current business and don't cost an arm and a leg.
We only use the highest quality equipment, and all our vans are fitted with the award winning Fracino or La Spaziale machines. Councils love them in city centre locations because they look so quirky and don't resemble something that should be selling burgers. It's coffee Italian style and it works...
